Greg Allyn

After taking his first class Greg realized just how effective and simplistic of a self defense system Krav Maga truly is.

Greg started his Krav Maga training with John Hallet in 2008 and has a background in traditional martial arts. Greg is currently a Krava Maga instructor and in addition is certified as a civilian law enforcement instructor through the Krav Maga Alliance Force Division. After taking his first class Greg realized just how effective and simplistic of a self defense system Krav Maga truly is. This eye opening experience sent him on his journey to become a Krav Maga instructor. Greg enjoys working with new students and watching them progress and develop the life changing skills that Krav Maga teaches. Fight class is one of the many areas of expertise that Rocky Mountain Self Defense and Fitness offers its students and coaches. Greg seldom misses an opportunity to participate in and or coach a fight class. It is one of his favorite activities to participate in at the gym. Greg stays in shape for his Krav Maga classes by regularly attending cross fit and finds it to be the perfect fitness program for his needs both personally and professionally. When not at the gym or climbing Colorado’s “14′ers”, Greg works as a pilot for major international airline.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_separator color=”grey”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”1449″ img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”full” border_color=”grey” alignment=”center”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1411505557849{padding: 10px !important;background-color: #d8d8d8 !important;}”]

Megan Wilhite

Megan Wilhite first experienced Krav Maga in 2008 when she was required to take
it for her profession. She fell in love with the system immediately. As a female of a somewhat smaller stature she was excited to discover that it’s practical for people of all sizes. She was also pleased that no previous training in martial arts was necessary in order for Krav Maga to be effective. The following year she became a member of Rocky Mountain Self Defense and Fitness going to both Krav Maga and CrossFit classes. She says that CrossFit has helped her gain the strength and stamina needed to improve upon the other activities that she loves to do in the outdoors. Megan became a Krav Maga instructor in 2010. She loves to see her students gain confidence through instructing in a manner that alleviates some of the intimidation factor that beginners may encounter. It’s important to Megan that students walk out of Rocky Mountain Self Defense and Fitness knowing how to defend themselves.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_separator color=”grey”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”1455″ img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”full” border_color=”grey”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1405337325211{padding: 10px !important;background-color: #d8d8d8 !important;}”]
